Prolotherapy Fees
|
There is a 1-time consultation fee of $175.
Charges are based on the number of regions injected.
Each region is $100. The average number of regions involved in treating the different areas of the body are given below.

Your affected area may require a smaller or greater number of shots for adequate treatment, therefore the final charge may end up being more or less than stated above.
NOTE: There is no office visit billed for subsequent prolotherapy treatments - but if a patient comes in for a subsequent visit and no prolotherapy is performed a $50 office call will be charged.
Also please note that we do not bill insurance for prolotherapy, and payment is required at time of service.
